cf Vests Worldwide
CF Vests Worldwide donates therapy vests to Cystic Fibrosis patients across the globe. We intend to provide therapy vests, portable oxygen concentrators and nebulizers to CF patients who do not have means to access these life-changing equipments. Changing lives, one vest at a time.
The rock cf Foundation
Rock CF is a community thousands-strong changing the face of what living with Cystic Fibrosis looks like and giving those living with CF the tools to not only survive but thrive.
Rock CF is empowering individuals with CF to live healthy lifestyles, through their Kicks Back Programs, race sponsorships, and nutrition coaching. Their annual Half Marathon in Detroit, and apparel line has helped to fund research through the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Fun Fact: 1,200+ running shoes donated in all 50 states.
Colie Creations
Their mission is to advocate for patients through storytelling. Their vision is to: Publish inclusive stories and bring visibility to the chronic illness community.
Their aim is to strengthen fundraising efforts for cystic fibrosis in North Carolina. They hope to turn participants and audiences into patient advocates and create platforms on which patients can tell their stories..Current platforms include children's books, blogs, and musicals
Breathe Bravely
They are committed to connecting and serving the CF community through the art of singing, offering free vocal lessons, and featuring a CF-based virtual choir.
Fun Fact: To date 3,900+ private voice lessons provided to 100+ people with CF.

The Cystic Fibrosis Lifestyle Foundation (CFLF) is about empowering and educating people with CF toward lifestyle choices that positively impact mental and physical well-being.
Take A Breather Foundation
To provide a respite, in the form of a wish, to those battling cystic fibrosis (CF). Our goal is to give these CF Warriors, along with their families, the opportunity to “take a breather” from cystic fibrosis and focus on creating magical memories that will stay with them for a lifetime. Memories that will strengthen their hearts and minds as they battle the psychological, emotional and financial turmoil that accompanies life with CF.

Attain Health helps individuals living with cystic fibrosis optimize their health and lives through peer engagement and education.
