Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest. We invite YOU to be a Virtual Volunteer! This means spreading the word about our incredible program and giving voice to our mission by being an ambassador for one or both of Breathe Bravely’s upcoming powerful events: The Marathon of Song and Giving Tuesday.

Ways in which Breathe Bravely Ambassadors can inspire an impact by volunteering:

1). Four weeks before an event you will be sent an event packet which will hold all of the tools you need to help share Breathe Bravely’s mission, upcoming event information, and graphics/ posts to share with your community and on social media networks. A calendar will be provided along with the event packet for easy sharing.

2). Create your own fundraiser for the event and help us reach our greater goal of giving voice to cystic fibrosis. Invite your network of friends, family, and community to donate towards YOUR fundraising goal created via Instagram, Facebook, or Mighty Cause. We provide all necessary marketing materials (graphics, hashtags, etc.) we just need your brilliance to help extend the ripple of impact!

Details for Specific Events:

MARATHON OF SONG:

Event Description: A 12-hour live virtual "Marathon" featuring performances and stories from our sINgSPIRE singers.

Event Date: Tuesday, October 18
Volunteer Timeline: September 12 - October 19.
Time Commitment: Self assigned
Minimum Age: 18
Special Instructions: Before the virtual event, the team of ambassadors will be sent an event packet (virtual) along with a calendar of posting dates. Event packets will contain all necessary instructions, graphics, links, etc to successfully take part in this event. A few weeks before the date of the event, ambassadors will come together on zoom to “synchronize their watches” and get an abbreviated in depth look into Breathe Bravely and the mission in which they are lending their voice. After submitting the form below, keep an eye out for an informational email in August!

GIVING TUESDAY:

Event Description: Giving Tuesday, often described as a global day of giving or a global generosity movement, is held each year on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving.

Event Date: Tuesday, November 29
Volunteer Timeline: November 1 -29, 2022.
Volunteer Shifts: Self assigned
Minimum Age: 18
Special Instructions: On November 1st, Ambassadors will be sent an event packet and calendar. Event packets will provide informational graphics, posts, and links to share throughout the month of November in anticipation for Giving Tuesday. A couple weeks before the date of the event, ambassadors will come together on zoom to “synchronize their watches” and get an abbreviated in depth look into Breathe Bravely and the mission in which they are lending their voice. After submitting the form below, keep an eye out for an information email in October.
